Area

Villa Del Sol is a rustic villa with modern furnishings, beautifully situated in a quiet wooded area. Relatively short distance to Calonge where there is more action. An automatic gate let´s you enter the plot (2000m2).

Through the front door you enter the hall with a cozy living room, sitting area and doors to the terrace. An open kitchen that is well-equipped. On this level there is also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other has two single beds. One bathroom has a tub / shower combination and the second bathroom has a shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the 4th double bedroom.

One floor below is the 5th bedroom with shower and toilet. Also, there is a living room with TV and double doors that lead directly onto the terrace and garden. There is a small staircase to reach the pool. The living room opens onto the large covered terrace with barbecue area where you can linger both the morning and evening. The dimensions of the pool are 6x10m2. Around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing or for children to play. You can park your car on the plot.

The distance to the beach is about 9 kilometers. For some shopping you can go to Calonge 6km. This house is perfect for families with small children and people who love a peaceful environment.

Tres belle et agréable villa, bien équipée, où nous avons passé un excellent séjour…
Jardin spacieux avec piscine toujours propre, qui ont régalés nos enfants.
Accès aux commerces en voiture mais très rapidement.

La gestion d’arrivée et départ est simple, rapide et pratique, je recommande fortement la location de cette villa

Très bon séjour chez Carla. Une grande et jolie maison avec un extérieur magnifique. La maison était assez grande pour une famille de 10 personnes. Les chambres sont belles et grandes. Il y a 3 salles de bain, une jolie cuisine avec le necessaire ( sel, poivre, ustensiles, couverts…) L’extérieur est très grand et très joli, la piscine est grande et très propre, il y a même une personne chargée de nettoyer la piscine régulièrement durant le séjour. Il n y a pas de vis à vis et le terrain est clôturé assurant la sécurité des habitants et des voitures. La terrasse avec vue sur piscine et le barbecue offrent d’excellente soirée. ⚠️ Attention il n y a pas de réseau mobile cependant il y a une très bonne connexion Wi-Fi. Hôte très reactive qui répond très vite et qui s’assure que vous n’ayez aucun problème durant le séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour grâce à un jardin très agréable et une grande piscine. La maison est fonctionnelle, très sympa, très bien pour 8 ! La literie est correcte, lits de 140 ou lit de camp. La 5e chambre est au premier étage, il y fait bien chaud, heureusement c’est équipé. Nous avons eu quelques soucis techniques mais Carla nous a accompagné de très près et nous lui en sommes reconnaissants. Carla est très réactive et à l’écoute des besoins. Maison bien placée pour visiter la Costa Brava, compter une bonne demie heure de déplacement pour les criques !

Na al een aantal keren met volle tevredenheid een villa gehuurd te hebben bij SpainHoldidays4you dachten we nu moeten we toch echt een keer een recensie schrijven…

Wat een geweldige service !!!!!
Super ontvangst door Carla en Esther.
Bijna alles is mogelijk, het zijn kanjers in meedenken.
Mis je iets in de villa (bijna onmogelijk) vraag het en het is heel snel geregeld.
Wat er op de site staat is het ook echt…en schoon, heel belangrijk!
Laten we ook Onno niet vergeten een topchauffeur en geweldige kapitein !!!
Zoek je een goed en vertrouwd adres dan heb je hier een topvakantie.
Wij komen in ieder geval snel weer terug…
