This cozy townhouse is located near the center of Calonge. The carport at the side of the house shelters your car from the sun, where the washing machine is also located. The backyard has a swimming pool (size 4x4m) to cool off after a day at the beach, with plenty of space for sunbathing. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy a nice barbecue or dinner at the dining table.
The spacious living room, with a view of the garden and pool, is equipped with a comfortable sofa, tv, and dinner table. The kitchen is equipped with all facilities and has access to a front yard with seatings.

From the living room to the stairs, you can access an area with a sofa-bed and exit to a terrace, with a view of the surroundings. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom suite. The second bedroom also has a double bed, the third bedroom has an individual bed. The second bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
