Renting out your property
Acquiring a rental license is essential for renting out your property. Reservations
We are constantly available, even during evening hours, either by e-mail or online. This availability enables us to promptly address tenant inquiries and reservations. With each reservation, we ensure to keep you fully informed, providing transparency about when your house is booked.
Arrival and departure
We always receive your guests personally at our office or directly at the vacation home. Additionally, we provide a tour and information about the vacation home.
During the stay, we serve as the direct contact person, and upon departure, we handle the final inspection, cleaning, and accurate settlement. In case of questions or problems, we offer assistance to our guests and promptly provide the right solutions. Furthermore, we are available 24/7 for breakdowns or emergencies! Our staff is in the vicinity of your vacation home every day, and if any issues arise, we will keep you informed. This arrangement ensures peace of mind for both you and our guests!
