General information:
Solid house of stone and wood located at 750 m altitude in the pyrenees of Lleida, Catalonia. With all the comforts to enjoy a great holiday from a point near the river Valldarques, ideal for swimming in nature. Of course there is also a privat pool for your disposal.

On the ground floor you will find 3 double bedrooms all with bathroom inside. Storage room with washing machine.

First floor
A spacious complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher, etc ... covered terrace with magnificent views of the pyrenees of Lleida and a fantastic place to take your breakfast or diner in the evening. Living room with fireplace, sofas, satellite tv, dvd, etc.. the  fourth double bedroom with bathroom are also on this floor.

About alt urgell:
The area Urgell is located in the great basin of the Segre river, from its source in la Cerdanya to the land of La noguera, where it flows out. The Segre, a fast flowing river, especially during the spring months when the water thawed and in the autumn during the rainy season.
With 19,697 inhabitants, Alt urgell is one of the most sparsely populated provinces of Catalonia: 13 inhabitants per km2.
La seu d'urgell is an important junction on the roads, where it joins the pyrenean  (n-260) and Segre (c-14) and the road to Andorra (n-145), he is currently the only access from Spain. Livestock farming is the main source of L'alt urgell, with more than 500 centers, the majority focused on milk production. L'alt urgell is one of the largest producers of dairy products in Catalonia.
There are four weekly markets: in La seu d'urgell on tuesday and saturday, in Oliana on saturday and on sunday in Organyà. L'alt urgell has an extensive and rich cultural heritage which can be found in many churches.
In L'alt urgell you can find many sport activities, the Segre olympic park, the place where you can go fot outdoor : canoeing, rafting etc. in orgány you can hang glide of the mountain cogullo, and in Bassella is a circuit for driving with 4x4 vehicles.
