This apartment is located on the first floor accessible via a staircase  .The complex is only accessible to residents with daily care and supervised by a caretaker.The apartment is approximately 60 m2. next to the dining room is a balcony with lovely views over the communal garden with private tennis and pool. A complete terrasset is present.

The dining room have a new bank, a wooden dining table and a tv with spanish and international channels. The kitchen is equipped with, a hob, oven, fridge freezer, etc, and there is also a washing machine available.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other two single beds and bathroom adjacent to a shower bath.
Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. The entire house is freshly painted in 2009.
