Villa Bosque de Olivas is situated on 9,000 sqm2 of farm land, on a  country lane at the foot of the Gavarres mountains, facing directly the sea and the bay of Palamos. The farm house and pool are soaked in sunshine from sun rise to sun down. It is a detached farm house set in country side, farm land. Villa Bosque de Olivas has a construction area of 320 square meters the land comprises, 2 olive groves, countless fruit trees, fenced in children's garden, sand pit, flood lit 5 a side grass football pitch, and one of the largest private pools (107 sqm2) on the Costa Brava, it also has an attached  children's splash pool. There are natural gardens, with a shaded hammock area. There is a bbq area with table and chairs. There is secure parking on the land for several cars the distance to the beach is 2800 meters, less than 5 minutes by car.  
 
Entrance: here you find a large living room with dining area, Koi fish tank, fully equipped  kitchen, 1 double bedroom, one single bed room, a bed room for 2-4 single beds ( normally has 2 ) and 1 bathroom. Out side terrace/patio with dining area, table and chairs.
First floor: 5 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. one bedroom has a private terrace, 3 bedrooms share a terrace. 
 
The interior of Villa Bosque de Olivas is simple spanish/farmhouse style. Villa Bosque de Olivas has a splendid view of the mediterranean sea and mountains to rear and side. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs, but is also accessible without stairs. Here you can fully enjoy the spanish sun and outdoor life. This holiday residence is suitable for several families because of the big  space in side and on the land. 
 
About Calonge:
Calonge is situated 3 km from the sea and has old mansions and a castle. it is in the Baix comarca of empordà, where you will find some of the famous seaside resorts of the Costa Brava, including Platja d'aro. you can find picturesque bays and villages. Near is the alt empordà,  famous for wines and the Dalí museum. Calonge's weekly market is on thursday and, Sant antoni de Calonge on wednesday. Platja d'aro and Palamos with their many venues are less than 4 km away.
