General information:
Casa Inge is a large 6/8 bed house situated in a very quiet wooded urbanization.At the front of this house there is a small garden with a garage. You can park the car (medium) in the garage or directly for the front door. From the entrance you will reach the fully equipped open kitchen. With a few steps to get to the living room with dining area. From here through sliding into a small sunny completed garden .In the hall is a guest toilet. Through the hall, you go to the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A staircase leads you to the 2nd floor with a bedroom (point roof ) with small roof terrace. The bedrooms are cooled by air conditioning system.

At the end of the block (100m) is a staircase down to reach the large communal garden with pool . free entrance! .This property is located in a quiet environment, but with the possibilities and the beach just on 1.5 km.

St.feliu de guixols is a beautiful spanish seaside resort with a rich culture. The coastline is varied and rough because St.feliu is situated between the mountains. With about 17,000 inhabitants there is the year-round activity. The shopping center is traffic free and is decorated with beautiful old buildings like the town hall, the casino and the fish market. the market on sunday is visited by people from far and wide and is recommended.
