From the garage you will  reached by stairs the top of the large sunny terrace of up'140m2 and the entrance of villa Goya.

Here you will find the cozy kitchen, separate dining room and guest toilet. On the next floor are the timeless furnished living room with separate terrace (40m2) 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house consists of two separate parts. With each installment in a kitchen, dining / living room, bedroom and bathroom. This property has a lot of space (1200m2) and offers privacy and the hole day sun!, you can enjoy the endless views of sea. Villa Goya has no privat pool, but this urbanization has a communal pool just 10 minutes walk, you can use it for free.
