Villa Calida is built in 2008. This property is located on a street with no local traffic.

Villa Calida consists of 2 floors, the living area is located on the ground floor and comprises a large living room, large kitchen, sitting and dining area, fireplace, television with satellite channels and a  air conditioning. From the living room you enter the spacious terrace with pool and views over the mediterranean sea, here you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. on this floor area is also a toilet.
through a step down you will reach the lower part of this property. here you have 4 double bedrooms (3 with balcony and fitted wardrobes) and two bathrooms. this property has various levels, so less suitable for small children.
