alida villa is located on a quiet street (at the green zone of the mountain gavarres). you can park your car directly at the front of your property . alida  is located in a quiet urbanization mas pere. the distance to the beach is 6km. alida is located at street level and is a fully detached villa with private saltwatrer pool (fenced 2009) entrance: at they front door of the house you will find everything on 1 level, spacious living room with large open kitchen with all the luxury,
master bed room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
from the living room, you have instant access to the spacious terrace with (fenced 2009) pool, slide and swing for the little ones. this cottage is very suitable for families with small children.

About calonge:
calonge is 2 km from the sea and old town houses and a castle. it lies in the comarca of baix empordà, where some of the famous resorts of the costa brava lie including platja d'aro. you will find picturesque bays and villages. lies close to the alt empordà, including famous for its wines and dalí museums. calonge is in there on thursday, market and, in the nearby sant antoni, on wednesday. platja d'aro and palamos with their many opportunities lie just 10 km away.
