Blanco Villa is located in a quiet urbanization Mas Pere. The distance to the beach is 6km. Blanco is located above street level. The entrance is on the first floor. Blanco is a fully detached villa with private swimming pool behind the house. Admission: If you through the front door enters the house you find the living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Top of the tower are third bedroom. The establishment of Blanco is standard and functional. The interior is light and has a pleasant appearance. Villa Blanco has a magnificent view. You overlooks the green forested mountains. This villa has a built-up area of 100 square metres. From the living room, you have instant access to the circular balcony in the evening where you can enjoy a glass of good wine. You'll find the pool with hammocks and barbecue at the rear of the villa. You can reach the pool through the kitchen, where you can enjoy the Spanish sun and the great outdoors. About Calonge:
Calonge is 2 km from the sea and has old mansions and a castle. It is in the Baix comarca of Empordà, where some of the famous seaside resorts of the Costa Brava, including Platja d'Aro. You can find picturesque bays and villages. Near is the Alt Empordà, o.ä. known for its wines and the Dalí museums. In Calonge's market on Thursday and, in the nearby Sant Antoni, on Wednesday. Platja d'Aro and Palamos with their many venues are less than 10 km away.
