This beautiful villa with private pool (8x4m) is situated in the urbanisation Vall Repos (Santa cristina D’Aro). This villa is unique for two families with small children. It has a beautiful garden with a fantastic pool surrounded by terraces with sunloungers and seats, barbecue. It all comes together with a spectacular view over the Gavares mountains. The villa has 2 kitchens en 2 dining/living rooms one (30m2 and 22m2) with doors to the terrace and pool (32m2). It has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms  . This villa is a ´favourite spot´ for those in search of peace and quiet while they contemplate a devine scenery, The Urbanization has a private sports and social area with a large open air swimming pool, sportsfield, tennis courts restaurant and bar.

IDEAL FOR FAMILY OR GOLF GROUP (8 golf courses within 45mins drive). The villa is situated in the hills of the Gavarres, overlooking a wooded green belt valley. Outside dining area and pool for summer use make for a perfect relaxing holiday, and within 15 mins of fantastic Water (Aqua) Park, together with Go Karts and numerous crazy golf courses, plus all sea/beach related sports. Or for a GOLFING GROUP - Mas Nou golf course is 20 minutes drive, and a further 7 excellent courses are within easy driving distance. Central heating.

This area is a golfers paradise, with championship courses and several 18 hole and 9 hole courses to test the best players. The nearest golf club is 5 to 10 mins drive away.

Coast/Beach
Several beaches are within 20 minutes drive. One of our favourite is S'Agaro which is 6 miles away. It is a large scluded sandy beach with rocky headlands. Sailing/boat hire available, with lessons in the summer. Great for swimming and snorkeling with a variety of colourful fish. Also several friendly beach restaurants/bars. Larger resorts such as Sant Antoni d Calonge, Plamos and Platja D'Aro are only 10-20 minutes drive. These have a wide range of Costa Brava attractions to suit all ages.

Distances
The beautiful coastal towns of: Sant Antoni d Calonge is approximately 10 minutes away and Palamos and Platja D'Aro are 15-20 minutes away. They have a wide variety of beaches, shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Girona with its medieval old town and superb shopping and communications is only 25 minutes drive.Barcelona is one of the most vibrant cities in the world and it is only 90 minutes away!
