1. Booking
You can book by telephone or online.
Reservation will be binding for you and for Spainholidays4u.
The rent period will last for at least one week.  Every reservation will be confirmed by spainholidays4u by means of a reservation confirmation. After receiving the confirmation you will pay 30% of the rent sum within 10 days. The remainder (70%) of the rent sum must be paid eight weeks before the start of the rent period at the latest. Please transfer the money to our account (dutch account number) .When booking on short notice you will be required to pay the entire sum immediately. We can cancel the reservation when the payment is not made on time.

2.1 Cancellation
Cancellation is possible within eight days, counting from the day on which the reservation is made. In case of cancellation after eight days and eight weeks before the start of the rent period, we will charge you 30% of the rent sum. In case of cancellation eight to four weeks before the start of the rent period, we will charge you 60% of the rent sum. You can cancel by sending an e-mail or a letter.
Administrative costs for cancellation are € 25.00.

2.2 Deposit
For holiday homes in Spain, a deposit is paid when the key is collected, the size of which depending on the value of the holiday home. This deposit acts as security for the holiday home being passed on in a clean and presentable state and as an on-account payment for electricity. On arrival, you are obliged to identify yourselves through a passport or identity card. Wthin 10 days after departure  you will receive the deposit in to your bank account, after damage or breakage was observed, the deposit will be charged.

3. Responsible
Spainholidays4u act as agent between home owner and tenant. The rental agreement is always an agreement between the owners and the tenant.
Only between these parties rights and obligations arise the rental agreement.Spainhlidays4u acts as representative of the owners and is only responsible as far as it concerns the performance of the mediation. Anyway, Spainhlidays4u is only responsible for the rental sum paid by the tenant. Spainholidays4u.
always remains the right to refuse guest or to cancel reservations.

4.1 Number of persons
Our holiday homes are suitable for the maximum number of people stated in the description of each holiday home. This number always includes babies (up to 4 years) and children (5 to 14 years). It is not permitted to stay in the holiday home with more than the maximum number of people stated in the description.

4.2 Young people
The deposit can be doubled (€100 per person) when the holiday is rented to youth groups, people under 20 years.

5. Pets
The descriptions of the holiday homes state whether pets are allowed. unless stated otherwise, a maximum of one pet is permitted per holiday home. your intention to bring pets must always be stated when making your booking. rights for a pet can only be claimed if the pet is mentioned on the travel documents.

6.1 Hirer's liability
The hirer is liable for any damage to the holiday home which is caused by himself, other people staying in the holiday home during the same hire period or any visitors. During the hire period, he is responsible for the house and is obliged to keep the house in a good condition. Besides having your own third-party insurance, it is also recommended to obtain separate travel insurance. The hirer is not permitted to allow more people or pets to stay in the holiday home than is stated on the written confirmation. If the hirer exceeds the number stated, the owner has the right to refuse the hirer permission to stay in the holiday home. In order to guarantee the quality of the accommodations, student parties, stag and hen nights et cetera are not allowed, unless permission has been granted by the owner. If you are planning a party, please contact us via info@spainholidays4com before booking your accommodation. A tenant who causes damage to the accommodation, or is or threatens to be a nuisance to the surrounding area, can be excluded from the accommodation, if it in all reasonableness cannot be expected that the agreement is observed. The tenant is liable for all costs incurred in so far as the consequences of the tenants actions can be attributed to the tenant. If and in so far as the reason for exclusion cannot be justified, the tenant will be given a full or partial refund.

6.2 Responsibilities of the tenant
The tenant has a responsibility to treat the holiday home with respect, in so far as the tenant is responsible for any damage which he/she or any member of his/her party causes. where nothing else is stated in the rental agreement and/or in price lists, the tenant has a duty to leave the holiday home in a clean and presentable state. The tenant has a duty to wash up, empty fridge, freezer and dustbin before departure, even though the tenant has booked the final cleaning service, or where the final cleaning service is compulsory.

The tenant is responsible for personal and physical damage during the rental period for which he/she already is - or can be - insured for. The tenant has a duty to ten sure that him/herself and any accompanying persons do not bother or annoy neighbors' to the holiday home or surrounding area. Should the tenant or accompanying person behave in an inappropriate and unacceptable manner, Spainholidays4u or the owner reserve the right to annul the rental agreement immediately and without warning. In such a situation, Spainholidays4u has no obligation to repay al or part of the rental price.

7. Annulment of the agreement
Spainholidays4u.com has the right to annul the agreement with immediate effect and demand immediate vacation of the property in the event that the tenant fails in his or her responsibilities with respect to the property, for instance by housing more people and/or pets than allowed according to the agreement, or if he or she causes damage to the property or fails to meet his or her responsibilities as a tenant in any other way. In such cases, the tenant has no right to a (partial) refund and will be liable to pay damages to Spainholidays4u and/or the owner in so far as the damage is the result of the tenants actions.

8. Hire period
The hire period lasts for as long as stated in the written confirmation and ends on the final day.
Arrival:      saturday from   16:00 until 20:00 pm
Departure: saturday before 10:00.am

9. Damage
During your stay in the holiday residence you and/or your travelling companions are, as tenants, fully responsible for the rented holiday residence. Damage done by you must be paid for immediately.

10. Rental agreement 
Spainholidays4u.com cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage or physical damage when you caused this yourself, be it directly or indirectly.Spainholidays4u cannot be held responsible for damage done by natural disasters, assaults or strikes.

By entering into the agreement 2010, the hirer accepts the applicability of these general conditions.
