Booking & Payment
Reservations  the easiest way to book one of our accommodations is through this website go to the web page of the selected accommodation use the mouse to select your date on the calendar (you see the prices a week). After this step, fill the reservation form and complete the booking (reservation complete) Spainholidays4u send you by e-mail a confirmation of your booking, including billing.

You will receive further details about availability and price by return email.
Spainholidays4u will confirm by email availability and price of the accommodation during the requested period. Spainholidays4u kindly requests you to make a down-payment of 30% of the full amount. After receipt of this down-payment your reservation will be secured.

As soon as spainholidays4u  accepted your reservation and the tenant has effected a partial payment of 30% of the full amount, the booking is secured. as long as the first payment is not made, the reservation of the accommodation will be unsecured, and open for booking by other parties. if the first payment is not received within 7 days after the booking, spainholidays4u can cancel the reservation.
The remaining amount has to be remitted at least 8 weeks before the start of the term of lease. Failure of timely payment will be seen as cancellation by the tenant, and will carry cancellation costs as set out in cancellations. If between the day of the reservation and the start of the term of lease are less than 8 weeks, you have to pay the full amount immediately.

Important!: With the booking you receive a reservation number, mention this number with your payment. if you don't mention the reservation number, spainholidays4u  can't relate the payment to your booking.

Arrival and departure
The letting of the holiday residences of spainholidays4u.com runs from saturday to saturday, unless the residence description mentions otherwise.
The tenant can collect the keys on the arrival date between 15.00 and 20.00 at the local office. At the check-in  (on arrival) the tenant has to pay the deposit in cash (office).

After receiving the deposit the representative will handle the check-in and will bring you to the holiday accommodation. If you need sheets or towels, you have to order those at least 3 days before arrival with The reservation form. I you can't arrive at the local office in time (between 15:00 - 20.00) because of certain circumstances, you should contact the local office as soon as possible and before 18.00 at the arrival day. you can make another appointment for the check-in. if you don't check-in on time, the local office can charge additional costs for late check-in (€ 50,-). at check-in the tenant needs to show a copy of the valid reservation form of spainholidays4u.com and valid passports of the party to the representative at arrival.

Bed linen
Sheets or towels can be rented you have to order these by booking please take other types of linen (towels and tea-towels) by yourself, unless mentioned otherwise.

Final cleaning
For the final cleaning of the holiday residence we will charge you between € 60.00/ 120.00 , depending on the type of residence. you will be responsible for the daily cleaning of the residence. at the end of the period of renting the holiday residence (departure) you are required to leave the residence in the same state as in which you accepted it on arrival.

Number of persons
The number of persons that is mentioned in the residence description is the maximum number of people that is allowed!. Staying in a residence with more people than mentioned is not allowed. Spainholidays reserves the right to to cancel the contract directly by staying with more persons than permitted.
